I am pleased that the Government has shown it has listened to Kent MPs, by announcing further funding for our schools. In 2024-25 the total national core schools budget will be at its highest ever level – a £5.7bn increase in the last two years.

Maidstone Apprenticeship Fair returns

Kent MPs have welcomed the return of the Maidstone Apprenticeship Fair which took place last week.

Around 1,500 secondary school pupils from across Kent attended the event at the Maidstone Leisure Centre on Friday 11 March.
