New Funding for our Leisure Centres

Delighted to hear from the Sports Minster that 60 million pounds of funding from the Government and Sport England has been allocated to make our Swimming Pools more energy efficient and boost the long-term financial resilience of the public leisure sector.

I was delighted to support over 200 swimmers, participating on behalf of 23 local schools, charities and sports clubs, in the 2024 swim relay at Maidstone leisure centre yesterday.
