I was delighted to support over 200 swimmers, participating on behalf of 23 local schools, charities and sports clubs, in the 2024 swim relay at Maidstone leisure centre yesterday.
Organised by the wonderful Maidstone Riverside Rotary Club volunteers, this year’s mammoth effort has so far raised over £23,000 and counting, for children’s charity Demelza Kent, and several other local charities.
Congratulations to the Sutton Valence School team who took the trophy for most lengths in 20 minutes – an awesome 80 – something to beat next year!!
