Helen Grant MP visited the Slimming World group in Kings Hill to meet their inspirational consultant, Lauren, and to hear directly from members about their personal journeys of weight loss and improved wellbeing.
Based at Kings Hill School, Lauren’s Saturday morning groups (7:30am and 9:00am) are a warm, supportive community where people come together to make sustainable, healthy changes. During the visit, Helen spoke with several members who shared powerful stories of transformation — each one demonstrating the impact of encouragement, accountability and expert guidance.
